Terms of Service of ONE Games

ONE Games is developed and managed by private individuals and is not an official business entity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of any of our games and services. By accessing or using our games, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This is a legal agreement between you ("user") and ONE Games.

1. License of Use

ONE Games grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved for ONE Games or its licensors.

2. Restrictions

The user may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
  • Distribute, assign, sublicense, or transfer the game or any copy thereof without prior written consent from ONE Games.
  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the game. ONE Games and its respective collaborators own all intellectual property rights in the game's content, except for the Unity engine and various cloud services, which are owned by Unity. Specific intellectual property credits can be found in the game's menu under "Settings -> About Us."

3. Use of Third-Party Services

Our games use Unity services, including analytics, storage, and user authentication. By using the game, the user consents to Unity’s processing of their data, subject to Unity’s terms of service and privacy policies. ONE Games is not responsible for issues or interruptions caused by failures, maintenance, or any other inconvenience related to Unity’s cloud services.

4. Data Collection and Use

ONE Games collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This policy details the personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we share it, including data processed by Unity and other third parties.

5. User Conduct

When using the game, the user agrees to:

  • Not harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
  • Not use the game for commercial or advertising purposes without prior consent from ONE Games.
  • Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages. ONE Games reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities that negatively impact other players’ experience.

6. Payments and In-App Purchases

Some ONE Games titles may offer in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are final, and refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law. Any virtual currency or items purchased in the game have no value outside the game and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for real money.

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

ONE Games provides its games “as is” and makes no guarantees of availability, uninterrupted functionality, or freedom from errors. The user understands and accepts that they play at their own risk. ONE Games is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the game.

8. Modification of Terms

ONE Games reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes through the game itself or through other means. Continued use of the game after any modification implies acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably. If a solution is not reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toledo, Spain.
